THE PROCESS:

  1. You purchase a package and we contact you
  2. You send us a few links to websites that you like or you can leave it up to us
  3. We will remit a design for you within 7 business days
  4. Once you approve the design we will build the website and code the site, cart and all things needed for the site to function. We will contact you if there is anything needed by you.
  5. We will send you a preview of the final website
  6. Once you approve the website, it will go live and you are ready to go!


FAQS:

  1. How long does the process typically take?Answer:Depending on the package chosen it takes between 20 and 30 business days give or take to complete.
  2. Do I have to have a Merchant Account to begin?Answer:Not at first. If you are signing up for the Shopify Package then Shopify will supply a Merchant Account for the store. Otherwise, you can go here to sign up for a Merchant Account and Gateway to accept credit cards.
  3. Do I have to have a Shipping carrier setup before starting?Answer: Not at first. If you are using Shopify, then Shopify uses USPS out of the box. Otherwise, you will need to decide how you will ship your products. You will then need an account with that particular vendor.
  4. How am I supported after the launch of the website?Answer: We have teamed up with After Dark Grafx for design and integration solutions. You will receive correspondence directly from our art department as well as them. They will provide support for your website if hosted with them. Otherwise, any updates outside of normal requests are billable at their hourly rates.
  5. Do you provide “HOW TO” information on how to use the website? Answer: We have teamed up with After Dark Grafx for design and integration solutions. You will receive correspondence directly from our art department as well as them. They will provide “How To” information in the form of videos directly related to your website so you know how to use it. Process Orders, Update the website and so on. Otherwise, any updates outside of normal requests are billable at their hourly rates.
