Characteristics: Fruity and sweet with citrus and herbal tones; medium body
Taste: The primary flavor in this tea is spearmint, so you can count on a refreshing experience. Alongside the spearmint, you’ll get hints of floral and lemon, as well as a bit of spice from the holy basil. This tea is naturally caffeine-free, so it’s a great way to begin or end the day.

Organic Spearmint
Spearmint not only adds a fresh, zesty taste to this tea blend, but it also contains antioxidant properties and compounds that may help reduce stress and improve your memory.
Organic Rosehips
Rosehips are the round part of the flower. You can find them below the petals. They add a lovely, floral note to our Morning Immunity blend, but because they’re also very rich in vitamin C, they also provide a natural immunity boost.
Organic Lemon Verbena
Lemon Verbena leaves provide a fresh, lemony flavor. Native to South America, this plant has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. Lemon Verbena is known for being rich in phenolic compounds, which may reduce oxidative stress and provide an immunity boost.
Organic Linden Blossom
Linden blossoms are sweet and have been used in teas for thousands of years. One of the great benefits of this ingredient is its ability to promote relaxation. Linden blossoms are also high in antioxidants (like most plants) and can fight free radicals as well as inflammation.
Organic Holy Basil (Tulsi)
Holy Basil is much different than the basil you grow in your backyard. Its history begins in Southeast Asian countries, where it’s been used in teas and medicines. Aside from being incredibly nutritious, holy basil is a great stress reducer. Its flavor is a bit spicy and bitter, so it adds some punch to this tea.
